I honestly can say that Phil makes sure he pushes you and hold you accountable . He want to make sure you have met your goals. He's not that type of trainer that just want your money and do nothing. He make sure he workout every part of your body. Phil knows how much your body can do so he pushes you hard because he generally cares about your health. I love him for what he does for his clients and I going to stick with his women strength training as long as I Can.
I started the women's strength training class in the second trimester of my pregnancy. Phil was wonderful to work with and knew the importance of staying strong and healthy for an expecting mother, but was sure to tailor the workouts for my special needs. I left feeling strong and prepared for my new adventure and couldn't wait to come back!

I have been training with Phil for a few years now and cannot say enough great and positive things! He is extremely motivating and is the perfect mix of tough and encouraging. Phil is an awesome trainer! I've been working with him for over a year and he definitely gets results. I was in decent shape when I started with him, but with his guidance, I have been able to reach goals that I once thought were impossible. Phil has not only taught me how to workout more efficiently, but he also keeps my eating in line. His workouts would boost my metabolism so much that it became difficult to maintain my goal weight, so he gives great advice on the RIGHT foods to eat. And if you need a motivator, he's the one. Anyone woman looking to tone up while having FUN should look to Phil for his expertise in training. He is a motivator and always keeps the workouts interesting. He will challenge you to always do your best. My favorite part about his workouts are that they are high intensity and you feel like you get a great workout in - in a relatively short amount of time. I met Phil(Body By U Fit) almost 2 years ago when I made the choice to live a healthier lifestyle. After our initial meet/consultation I explained to him my expectations in reaching my fitness goals. He motivated and encouraged me to join his "Get It Done" Bootcamp classes as a test to my commitment. Joining the 5am Women's Strength Training group has been the best decision I have made for myself. I am definitely a beginner and Phil has never made me feel like I am slowing the group down. He's constantly pushing me to my limits but also allows me time to breathe when I need it. Phil has definitely made a difference in how I see weight training.
